The Druids Lodge Arena Polo Club was founded in 2001. The arena is surrounded by beech and holly trees, which not only provide a beautiful backdrop but also shelter allowing teaching and polo to carry on comfortably, even in the worst weather. In addition, the arena is floodlit to allow chukkas and coaching to continue later into the evenings.

The 100 by 38 yards arena is boarded and netted, with a brand new 'ECO TRACK POLO' surface, which has such an efficient drainage system that only heavy snowfall has ever stopped polo from taking place in the arena.
