Arena polo has been played at Druids since 2001 and the full size, floodlit arena allows play to continue into the evenings. Surrounded by beech and holly trees, not only is the arena a scenic place to play, it is very sheltered so polo can be enjoyed even in less than agreeable weather!
The 90 x 35 metre arena is boarded and netted with a new “ECO TRACK POLO” surface. This provides such efficient drainage that, so far, only heavy snow has prevented polo from going ahead.
