Last weekend the country’s polo playing university students descended on Offchurch Bury Polo Club for 3 days of polo action. Between our home universities, we mounted 13 teams across the weekend with many achieving great success within their divisions. Out of the 13 teams, 10 came within the top 4 at their respective levels. This was another highlight of the university polo calendar, showing the possibility of taking up polo. Before this academic year, the players on 6 of these teams had not held a polo stick before. Congratulations to all that were involved!
