It’s feeling distinctly autumnal out there at the moment which means our thoughts are turning to the arena season, and it’s looking busy! Events are on hold for now with spectators still not permitted but there is plenty happening behind the scenes.
First of all, a new arena surface is going down, ready for whatever the winter weather throws at us (big talk!). We have also bought our own PA system , ready for when the restrictions are lifted and we can welcome spectators back. Oh, and we have a new score board! Plenty to be feeling excited about.
Club chukkas will start on that new surface on Thursday 22nd October, and our first tournament is at the beginning of November. The usual Autumn and Winter Leagues will also be running and our two 8 goal tournaments are scheduled for December and January. We are offering a 10% discount on memberships if you join by first chukkas.
