COACHING and SAFEGUARDING UPDATE
We are proud of our coaching at Druids Lodge Polo and take our responsibilities seriously. Our coaches are registered with the HPA and DBS checked. They take part in continuing professional development attending external courses every year. They are also trained in first aid and safeguarding.
We fully acknowledge our duty of care to protect all children and safeguard their welfare, and have adopted the HPA Safeguarding Policy. Robin Ormerod is our Designated Safeguarding Person, with Abi Vigors as his Deputy.
We have also recently been approved as a Pony Club Centre, and we are pleased to work with the Pony Club codes of conduct.
