A Druids team headed to Tedworth Park for the away leg of the invitational tournament. This was played as a round robin with Druids in the first four chukkas. Firstly they took on a strong Tedworth team and managed to take an early lead, helped by a great two pointer from Andrew Wessels.
Tedworth nearly caught them in chukka 2 but some strong marking from Vicky Woodhead and a volley of goals from Robin secured victory 12-10. In the second match they took on The Blue Penguins who again kept them on their toes. The Druids team took the lead and kept just ahead, finishing two goals in front 9-7. With two victories under their belt they came home the winners!
